Dr. Luciana Islington is a brilliant cyberneticist, set to merge her technology with Tony Stark. But when Luciana goes missing, after a frantic phone call, her daughter, Mackenzie, sets out on a journey to find her. The search leads her to Evansborough, a touristy small town in upstate New York where nothing seems to make sense. There, it is clear Mackenzie's mother had dark ties to the town's past. Meanwhile, worlds collide as Clint Barton, struggling not to unravel after his experience with Loki, is sent by SHIELD to investigate Ravenwood, the haunted house in Evansborough, triggering a ghostly chain of events involving murder, old magic, and small-town secrets. CONTENT WARNINGS: Themes of PTSD, sequences of violence, some injury scenes, a graphic murder scene, mild language such as d**** and H*ll, mild suggestive content, and moderate creepy sequences of supernatural horror.

"Rumlow--" his voice is hoarse, like he hadn't spoken since the last time he'd seen his friend. "Hey, kid, how you doin'?" Rumlow opens his arms, letting Bones in close for a little hug before he's taking a step back to feel like he has at least some personal space, but Bones is already invading it again, messing with the badge clipped to his shirt. Bones takes the badge off and clips it to his own shirt, laughing and trying to imitate Brock's voice closely, "I'm Rumlow and I'm serious. Am can't have any hugs." The soldier rumbles, grinning when Rumlow chuckles and pulls him in for another short hug. "Goofball. Gimme the badge back and go sit yer ass on yer bed, I got ya another gift."

In the second book of the Tales of a Dragon series, Axis and Avril need to find a safe haven after the battle that had struck the ember to a war. The Crossbones are taking them in now, and have decided to move to a new land that they haven't even heard of. Axis and Avril are drifting further apart, and they are both getting painful flashbacks of their ugly past. The war has yet to begin, but still, weapons and magic will be sheathed and bled... There will be betrayal and there will be blood. It's the beginning of the legends of the Edens.

This story is about how crossbones is trying to destroy shield from the inside and captain America along with black widow would have to work together to find out who's working for crossbones and who's working for shield I wanted to make this story kind of like captain America the winter soldier but with a twist this is part of my series
