Those who have read the Percy Jackson novels know that the Greek gods are real and currently living above the Empire State Building. So what happens when the gods decide to 'go modern' and invite some new social media icons to join the crew? PewDiePie, a famed YouTuber, is invited the amazing opportunity of becoming the God of YouTube. Among other celebrities such as Justin Bieber, Jenna Marbles, and Lady Gaga, the newly-proclaimed gods of various social media websites, he receives his welcoming ceremony and is shown how to become a proper god of the world we live in today.
