Feeling all that pain, being reminded off his horrible past, and then getting it all torn away from and being forced to start over again. Killers soul has been at the peak of both redemption and pure insanity nonstop to the point where he can't even tell who he's meant to be anymore, and neither of his two 'allies' seem to notice it.
