Cristina and Owen indulge in some, 'adult activities', before she leaves for Zurich. She is called back to show her new- less invasive- surgery method, called the Yang method. When she comes back, she's not alone. How will Owen deal with this uncovered secret? How will Cristina react to Owen finding out? Read and see. Why did Cristina move to Zurich? That's easy, for her career of course. Except for the fact their was more than one reason she did it. She was pregnant. While sleeping with Owen one more time was one of the best decisions she ever made, it was also the worse. She became pregnant and suddenly, moving to Zurich wasn't just the best career advancement she'd ever made, it was also her escape.

6 years have passed since Cristina moved to Switzerland, where she had her own hospital, her own cardiology, her own life. Things went as planned and she had even won a Harper Avery. Her excellent career couldn't be any better and she was convinced, that accepting Burke's offer was the best decision she could have ever made. Her perfect life was suddenly interrupted by an incoming phone call, which forced her to return to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital for a consultation for some days. But the situation unexpectedly changed within seconds, which made it impossible for her to fly back to Switzerland. Normally this wouldn't have been an extremely difficult situation, but she had a secret, nobody could find out or she was going to suffer the consequences..... Owen's stepdad has to move to Portugal for his new job and his mom wants him to spend the summer there so that he can get used to the small town they'll be living in. Both of them are convinced this is going to be the worst summer ever but their meetings will lead to some unexpected events.
