Sam Winchester just summoned the devil. Not for nefarious reasons- quite the opposite. He needed Lucifer to help him close the Gates before all of Heaven, Hell, and Purgatory broke loose and started a war that wiped out humanity for good. But before they could do that, they needed to outrun their older brothers, who were hell bent on starting the apocalypse to settle the score for good. And it just so happened that Sam already knew the devil. Not as Lucifer, not as the angel who was cast into the pit. But as a young boy named Luke who came into his life when he most needed a friend. OR Bobby and Crowley convince God to let Lucifer meet Sam Winchester on his seventh birthday to see if their friendship could change the course of the apocalypse.

Jamie Winchester is just ten years old when her father mysteriously disappears on a hunt, but the slump in her shoulders, the hollow look in her eyes suggest a loss far deeper than the few weeks he's been gone. Has he been fading away long before his physical disappearance? JJ doesn't know. Jamie grapples with the fear of abandonment, a chilling echo of losing her mom, dad disappearing, and Sam leaving for college. Now, she clings to the hope that Dean, her remaining anchor, won't leave her either. And she tries to bite back the hope that Sam will stay after finding Dad. Sam and Dean try their best to protect her from being left again. Protect her from whatever they may face in doing so. The most important thing to them is her. Making sure she is safe. Unfortunately, they don't know her fate is already embedded into the story.
