Crumble Stories

It was like Hayley was haunted. Followed by her past and superstitions. That was why it was so relieving as she leaned off the edge: almost falling. Until someone pulled her back. She didn't even realize she was leaning forward. That was what made the quarry so special. Because every time that Hayley was near the quarry she felt as though it was sucking her in. She didn't fall before. But I let her fall, because this time she would be free of everything. "Everything was blurred with white. The wind blew, pulling and pushing and spilling out their insides and making it their outsides. The snow underneath her cracked, crumbled, and then everything disappeared." Based off the best seller 'The Impossible Knife Of Memory.'

Faye thought everything was in her life was perfect until one night when she was six, her pack was attacked. Everyone was killed, including her mom and dad. Left alone, she ends up in the adoption system. Depression, loneliness, and a growing temper gets her sent from one home to another. Her wolf is steadily declining and she's not able to shift at all. Now at the age of sixteen, Faye doesn't know what to expect out of her life. Enter into the picture Sam and Emily. After finding out that they couldn't have kids on their own, they make the decision to adopt a kid. While visiting an adoption home, they come across Faye. Sam automatically knows she's a wolf but the rest of her is a mystery. She refuses to talk about what happened so many years ago and seems leery of getting close to anyone. Talking it over, they decide to adopt Faye and bring her into their world of La Push and pack life. Follow Faye as she navigates through the trials of life. From failure to successes, Faye is put to the test when one boy doesn't take no for an answer. Can she get back to the girl she once was or has the trauma been to much for her? Will her past come back to haunt her? And will she be able give love a chance?

My response to a stupid post I saw.

Victoria (Tori) Jacobs is notorious for not dating boys. She never has. Ever. Why? No one knows. She is popular and smart plus every girl at Wiltmore High would die for her body. She comes across as the perfect girl within a highly respected perfect family. However you don't know what happens behinde closed doors. Dark secrets hide in the walls of Doris home, bad memories taint her mind and hopelessness swims in her blood. Her act/demeanour crumbles as soon as she crosses over the threshold of tide cottage. Will help come in time or does fait want to cause more problems?

She's at the edge of desperation. Hopelessness fills her heart, tears fill her eyes. She's falling apart.

I loved you once, with all my heart. You were my sun and my moon. The smile on my face and the shine in my eyes. You were my happiness, but that was before you came and ripped me apart. We all know the kind of people who come into our lives for the better, but how about the worst? Time after times, we experience these extreme unfortunate situations with people we cared about, damaged by others actions, then are forced to throw them over our shoulder and keep life moving. This is book isn't about what happens after we move on, it's the moment in time where we crumbled before we had to pick up the pieces.
