Think Tron Legacy meets the Matrix: I wrote this one summer based on the soundtrack and inspiration from the Tron Legacy film! *4/20/2026--This is presently going through a complete edit, so it is only getting better from here. More character development and more focus** Devin Richardson thought he had created the perfect system to protect society from the looming dangers of the future. However, he awakes from a cryogenic imprisonment to find a world he didn't intend. He must align himself with forces that see him as a traitor to humankind in order to fight against the System he himself created. A System that has taken on a life of its own and will give him the fight of his life. It's part Tron Legacy/part Matrix inspired by Daft Punk's Tron Legacy album.

A Man finds himself on a planet coming awake in the remains of a cryogenic escape pod he cannot remember entering. Ashe struggles to extract himself from the pod a video recording beings to play. J'hordan. If you are finally seeing this I want you to know that what I did I did for my son. I say my son because I never told you I was pregnant. And if the gods are merciful he will grow up, lead a successful life, and die never once having heard you name or your clan. Perhaps others will think me sentimental, that I am a fool to leave you this message. I believe you need to know that I did this because you are who you are and you will never change. I have plans and ambitions that you are not and will never be in a position to help me obtain. I deserve, my son deserves more. You are only but small means to those ends. You can thank me in your heart that I did not have you tossed out an airlock while we where in transit. But there wasn't time and the system will not allow a living being to be spaced without the proper command codes. If there is anything positive to be taken from this, I have what I want. You have your life. Think of it as a parting gift from me to you.
