Keji Kuji decides to run and has a good chance at winning, but it is all for naught when Junko joins the running and gets rid of Keji, making herself the leader of Towa City in order to plunge it into despair.

The headmaster, a cute but murderous bear named Monokuma, pits the students against each other, promising freedom to anyone who can murder a fellow classmate and get away with it. It's up to Silver and the others to stop this despair, defeat Monokuma, and escape the school. Will they be able to, or will they be forced to be imprisoned in this school forever?!
