in which, Tommy is a writer and Purpled is an Artist and they're both struggling both mentally and financially (and they're apartment neighbors:]) (Written mainly in Tommy's Pov!) Story still takes place in DreamSmp, just altered, and no I do not ship the CC's these are only the characters (and I can't make platonic stories if it's gonna be slow burn so I apologize)

just something I thought would be fun to make. my own hc and AUs some might have sensitive topics since I write angst a lot. usually project things from my life onto Tommy. lot of dadnoblade or big brother techno stuff. c!Tommy has always reminded me of Icarus and I never see this comparison. yet anyone who studies it could see it if they focused. both boys reach for something they longed for and end up in flames. it's always Theseus who he's compared to instead. so with my coffee-jittered brain, I wrote a poetic-like narrative of Tommy telling his side of the story. a crash and burned hero that we all adore.

I made this for lit so its just a short story. its apart of a bigger project but aha.

Dream feels himself thrust to the ground, and looking up in confusion, he meets Tommy's eyes. Wow. This is a bit awkward. "Uhm. Hey." Dream greets awkwardly. Tommy is still silent, utterly flabbergasted, then shakes his head. "How the fuck are you alive?" Tommy yells. (ao3 ahh description lmaoooo)
