This is a pretty cliche, horror mansion short story. Hope you'll like it though.

"So, are you two, you know, a thing?" She asked, looking more at Samson than me. The girl was gorgeous. Samson looked at me happily. I couldn't read the look on his face. "Oh, him? We're just friends," I smiled. But on the inside that was the last thing I wanted to say. "I guess that means you don't mind if... I have him?" She asked again, still looking at Samson, not caring to look at me. "Go ahead." My voice went cold, then I left Samson and that girl alone in the car park. I decided I didn't need him to give me a ride home. I could walk. Eden Williams and Samson Miller have been best friends since the womb. They've been inseparable their entire lives. They know each other inside out and their relationship was perfect. except, Eden wanted more, and so did he. But everytime they could change their relationship status, Eden goes and says, "oh, him? We're just friends." Making it awkward for them both. They know they want each other but Eden can't help but friend zones him after the number of times they'd had to tell people their relationship. But can it go too far? Can this little phrase, "oh, him? we're just friends." really make them, Just friends, and just friends for good?

With rehearsals already underway and months of preparation on the line, the faculty makes an unexpected decision: cast Diether Lukas Andrada, a graduating Architecture student from a partnering university and the brilliant mind behind the production's award-winning stage design. The problem? He isn't an actor. He never auditioned. And he'd much rather spend his days refining blueprints than standing under a spotlight.
