This story is about a young girl named Catherine Maria Hollybrook that completed cooking school in Beverly Hills, California and she relocates to Barrington, Illinois near the Chicago Area. She decides to go to cooking school summer camp with a bunch of her friends in Arizona.

This book brings together recipes we explore as hospitality students during our training journey. While preparation methods may differ from one person to another, all recipes shared here are based on the techniques and experience I have learned. Unless stated otherwise, all ingredient quantities are measured for four portions, following standard hospitality practice.

As love was more likely to be taken for granted and the nature of man was to turn a blind eye on their present blessings. And wish for something greater. Something unattainable. As nothing is greater than love and it's all encompassing and holistic glory. Chantelle hated pineapples for the same reason. That and the fact that they took eons to grow.
