Dragon age inquisition's story retold

"The world's a mess, someone has to fix it and maybe that someone is me." Gwen Trevelyan never asked to be a hero, but when she wakes up with a strange green mark on her hand that just might save the world, what choice does she have? ------------------ This is my first attempt at a dragon age fanfic. All credit goes to EA Gaming and Bioware Studios for I don't own majority of the characters and most of the plot of this story.

When Commander Cullen Rutherford first met the one thought responsible for death of Divine Justinia, he certainly wasn't expecting a tiny elf with a sarcastic streak a mile long and a habit of actually hitting people with her staff over doing magic. When Fen'nas Lavellan volunteered to spy on the Conclave to get out of an arranged bonding with someone she hardly knew, she certainly wasn't expecting a trip to the Fade, a giant hole in the sky and a mark on her hand...but you know what they say about the best laid plans?

It all started when a woman sat in front of her TV, full intentions of playing her favorite Bioware video game... Ashlyn Maddox is a simple waitress, in a dusty 'going nowhere' town in the middle of no where. A simple waitress that enjoys gaming in her free time. When she sits down to start a new play through on her game, something strange happens. She gets sucked inside the story. Things immediately spiral out of control when she comes to, face to face with the people who have always been a work of fiction to her. It'll take everything she has to convince them to believe her story. Let alone trust her. When they find out that she knows the outcome of their trials to come, Ash is given the title of the Inquisitions Prophet. Ash befriends the Inquisition companions while finding her place in this world she's only experienced through a controller. The attention of two specific men, however, make her time in the magical world of Thedas worthwhile... Eleanor never thought she will become a leader of the Inquisition, even fall in love with a Templar. The one she loved so dearly becomes her enemy and the one she used to afraid of became a part of her life. Eleanor was never been taken to the circle of magi, once her father found out about her magical abilities and couldn't keep her hidden any longer, he told her to run and hide. As she did, however, she chose the worst place to hide, Kirkwall. It was where her love was, she couldn't imagine a better life than to be with him, Samson. Although he was a Templar he never knew about Eleanor's special abilities. The story takes place in Dragon Age 2 and Dragon Age Inquisition universe. Dragon Age belongs to BioWare. I only own my few characters, the rest belongs to BioWare. P.s. You can choose to picture Eleanor however you want, I just thought Yenn would be marvellous Inquisitor;) Btw I'm not a native English speaker if you find any major grammatic mistakes you are welcome to point them out.

The Inquisitors story doesn't start at the conclave. She had a life before that, the journey that allowed her to become the hero that saved all of Thedas. In the early years of Nimiria Trevelyan's life she assumed the Circle will be her life. She grew to accept it, and find joy in the endless knowledge that she got to study. Thedas, however, had different plans for her. She must live through the collapse of the Ferelden Circle Tower during the blight, survive Krikwall, a place where mages are not welcomed, and then save all of Thedas and lead the Inquistion. Luckily for her, Cullen Rutherford won't let her do it alone. Disclaimer (because all fan-fiction writers need one) I do not own the Dragon Age franchise, anything associated with it, except my handful of original characters. I also do not own the cover-photo. That is from a talented artist who I don't know the name of because I found it on google. Please note that I take some creative license with the story line just to make it a little different. I do believe I keep the essence of the series the same, but I do change some details so that it fits the story I am trying to tell. I love constructive criticism, hope you enjoy!

She stayed that way for a long time, until she met some travellers hiding from the raina ; She became close to them yet still kept things to herself.. Shoot, too long of a description huh? Also, I added the dragon types from HTTYD like a night fury and a few other things but I don't know yet maybe some Viking things

NOTE: Though Solas is often painted as a villain, I adore his character. This story is a bit of a redemption story, though it starts off with many characters viewing him as someone to be feared. Bit by bit his true heart is shown as the Solavellan Legacy unfolds ❤

This story takes place over a large span of time, hence the title Span of Time. It begins during the events of Origins and continue to the the events of Inquisition. There is not much from during the time of Dragon Age 2, but I do try to incorporate Fenris into the story. There is a lot of point of view jumping around. Many are original characters, but some of them are original such as Fenris, Cullen, and Cassandra. The story begins with Jamison, a Circle Tower mage during the time of Dragon Age: Origins. She gets caught in the middle of events during the origin timeline of the Warden... but is she the Hero of Fereldan or is she a fraud? Did she take credit for the success of her now dead friends or is she the real deal? Is she able to track down the family that seemingly abandoned her to the Circle? The only way to find out is to read.

In the setting of Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts,in the Winter Palace in Halamshiral,Commander Cullen Rutherford and Inquisitor Cheza Lavellan find things in each other that they hadn't seen before,much to the amusement of the party,and even to Empress Celene. Along with meeting an enigmatic woman,and discovering things about each member of the party,and learning of the Orlesian nobilities 'Great Game',this night will definitely be the most interesting the Inquisition has experienced together.

Fanfic about Cullen and a mage who first met in the circle while Cullen was still a Templar. Their story continues after the fall of the circle and Cullen becomes the commander under the Inquisition, the new found inquisitor the same mage that Cullen had feelings for in the circle. (Will be editing EVERYTHING when I get the chance, not sure when this story will be updated)
