    The cultures of the world I have created using wof as a baseline; WOF does belong to the author Tui T. Sutherland. I just got annoyed with how bland every tribe was and how little culture there was. We do get tiny hints of culture but rarely does it ever pay off in any meaningful way. So I want to change that.
