No other way to make sure he never hurt anyone again. His fault. Hopeless wrapped him up like a terrible blanket, made worse by the suffocating heat of the pit below him. His fault. It was his fault. He stepped off the edge. OR Everything was fine until Phantom brought up something Sodo would much rather be forgotten. Something not just unfair, but extremely untrue. What happens when Sodo is driven to the edge of a cliff, and Phantom has to find a way to take it back?

Omega, Alpha, Ifrit and Mist retire from the band leaving the fire ghoulette, Starlight, alone. Cardinal Copia summons a group of ghouls and ghoulettes and Starlight is assigned to chose who makes it in the band and not. One ghoul catches her eye and eventually, love Will grow.
