He looked at me across the floor. Mischief gleamed in his eyes as he smiled. I smiled back and looked away. Loud music was erupting in the crowded room. I didn't want to be here but maybe it wasn't so bad after all. "Want one?" I shrieked loudly and looked beside me. The boy from before stood beside me, holding a chocolate egg. I look at him in a weird manner but accepted his offer. "Thank you." I gaze up at him and half the egg, giving him the untouched half. He snorted and shook his head. "Yeah, okay, this is just the beginning, darling." ------------------ Emma is not your typical girl, she grew in an imperfect world but stayed happy. She fought all her battles alone, enjoying life, even after all her family members dies, and was put up for adoption more than once.
