A 16 year old girl, Charlie Valentine, has been looking for her life. She's always seen couples, it's as if she's being told she'll never find someone. There's a tradition in her town, where on the night of Valentine's Day, Cupid will give you a soulmate, or will make your crush like you. But it never happened with Charlie. So she decides she's gonna try and find Cupid herself.
