She loved silence. He loved noise. She loved darkness. He loved light. On New Year's eve, two lives intertwine in a twist of faith. One hotel room, one night, two hearts in love.

"It'd be fun he said." She rolled her eyes, "We won't get caught, he said." Acquainting a cute boy? Check. A pilot which decided to depart the plane earlier? Check. A shared room with that cute boy? Check. Well, that sounds troublesome, I wonder what Cupid has in store. (My contest entry for #CupidStrikesOnNewYear)

Alya only has weeks left for the holiday break, days of planned getaway, hours before new year countdown, minutes lost and seconds from boarding the plane. All things set in her itinerary until her watch broke and things got a little messed up. After her flight got cancelled due to weather condition, she is forced to share a room with a complete stranger to wait out the 12 hour layover. She is alright with that, but did her roommate have to be HIM of all people? WORD COUNT: 1498 AUTHOR NOTE: This story is my entry to the #CupidStrikesonNewYear contest. I have ideas to continue where this story left off, so where this ends is not the end-end.

Roslyn Amber was a college student about to take a vacation back to her parents by plane. But by a twist of fate, Roslyn missed her flight and met a young man who suffered the same fate she did. With the time already at midnight, Roslyn was forced into sharing a room with this young man who calls himself "Blue".
