Collection of random poems I think of from time to time. Thought it might be better to collect them into one, rather than having lots of separate files. No particular theme, and the poems may or may not be completed.

What would you do if a school shooter entered your building and threatened your students? That's what Heidi has only a few seconds to decide when she hears the LOCKDOWN! announcement repeated three times and shots ringing out in the halls. Part 2 of the Scorned Woman series tells the story of a frustrated teacher before, during, and after tragedy, and how it will change the future of middle schools across America forever.

A poem about the injustice of choosing profits over people to the tune of 1.6 million deaths per year. Tuberculosis is curable - yet it is allowed to kill so many because of price-gouging companies like Cepheid (owned by Danaher) which charge exorbitant prices for tuberculosis testing equipment to the people who can least afford to pay. Going undiagnosed prevents access to treatment. *The following information is outdated as this campaign started in 2023 and has had a good amount of success, but I am leaving it up to maintain the context of my poem. Test cartridges sell for $10-15 but only cost $3-4 to make, and hundreds of millions of development dollars were public money!! This is an unconscionable decision by a private company to deprive people of healthcare across the world. You can help by emailing Danaher at sustainability@danaher.com , tagging them at @CepheidNews and @DanaherCorp , and calling them at 202-828-0850 or 888.838.3222 . Join us - every voice matters. Caleb is a rich white kid living on the edge of the border connecting the United States and Mexico. He lives in the United States, blissfully ignoring the world around him, desperatly trying to finish up his last year of High School. Until his sees Luis. An undocumented 19-year-old, running away from his past life in Mexico. He spreds awareness about the border in Calebs town via-graffeetee. He is highly wanted for vandalism and illegal border crossing. Caleb wants nothing to do with Luis. Yet he is forced to help him due to the fact he saved his life. If they both can't get there acts together, it could blow up majorly in his face. Caleb could get in major trouble for harboring a fugitive and Luis could be sent back to the hellish town of Los Cabos... will they get it together? FIND OUT HERE! --- This is my first comic -- so the art work might be a bit on the "IT NEEDS HELp! -- pairs respectively with a white background (so before u read this please change/keep you're background to the white color)... it just pairs up with the artwork, and overall makes the comic look more put together! THANK YOU! (also i have a lot of covers for this book so be prepared for cover changes/failed covers paper-clipped to the chapters) -- ~ a-a-art

35 years ago a clan of mythical creatures shocked the world of Manhattan by revealing their existence. Then 30 years ago they all disappeared and nobody seems to remember their existence. What happened to Manhattan's midnight vigilantes knows as The Gargoyles? The year is 2025. At the Youths for a Brighter Tomorrow convention in San Francisco, California, [a scientific conclave where the brightest minds from High schools around the world have been invited to come together and discuss global threats with today's top leaders], five high schoolers have each been given small mysterious giftboxes. There are no instructions or letters attached to the boxes, only a small salutation, "From, A.X.". Inside each box is a stone ring with a single gem laid inside. Three try on the rings and are immediately plagued by nightmares, but cannot take the rings off. One pawns the ring for money, so that he can pay to keep up his lie. One finds a secret so terrible, it causes her to lock the ring away for good.
