So I started to do some more research and found out that there are a lot of lies going around on those platforms. In this book, I want to talk about shifting. So I recently found out about this shifting method called "The Interstellar Method" and I wanted to write how I visualize it because I feel like it would be really fun to explain :)

As the title says, this is applicable for all realities. This is very detailed and gives a crystal clear view of your DR once you fill it in. I would try to include every single detail but if I miss something, you guys can definitely let me know.
