Life on Harken is hard, and even harder for a Switch like Silver. After she gets exiled, the resilient young TriCat treads the grounds of the Underground Kingdom of TriCats, or UKOT for short: an underground hideout for lost and deserted TriCats. The she-cat meets an unlikely group of friends: a blue and stern half-Snaken TriCat, a handsome red feline, a thin tom with a liking to plants, and a pair of formidable friends. Unexpectedly, Silver gets crowned the leader of UKOT after she discovers that Harken TriCats are considered royalty. Moreover, her grandfather was the founder of the hideout. Despite the peaceful life in the underground paradise, problems soon appear throughout Silver's life. Spirits of revenge and hatred possess the whole race of Snakens, and the greatest battle in history will unfold itself in little fractions of disaster.
