They knew Erend had always had a crush on her. It was just that he believed she didn't like him back.

Gaylord has to leave home with his young daughter after a rough divorce with his now ex-wife, Shayley. For a little while, he goes back home with his parents and siblings, but he can't stay there forever. So he leaves, with no set destination in mind.

The third game was... barely non-existent and there was only so much of the first game that could've been so much different. What happened during the time Dahlia and Phoenix were dating? We know from canon that him and Dahlia only met twice. How was he unable to tell the difference between Dahlia and Iris? What would've happened if Dahlia never poisoned Diego post-Turnabout Beginnings? An "alternate universe" where Mia never died, Diego was never poisoned, and Phoenix...? Well, let's just say his and Dahlia's relationship sank -- just like the canon universe. The beginning of the story starts at the end of Beginnings. It reverses back to before that afterwards, when we'll find out about why the trial went the way it did. [Canon dialogue is placed in the story. Based on an old TikTok trend from 2019-2020, where you see in black & white until you meet your soulmate. ---- Serena York has always seen the world in black & white. She'd always wanted to meet her soulmate when she was young, so she'd know what the world was like in full color sooner rather than later. Now that she's 17, she's getting a little bit impatient, especially once her brother finds his soulmate. She runs into her soulmate one day, but then everything changes.

Based on "Safe & Sound" by Taylor Swift. Includes dialogue from the final cutscene of Horizon Zero Dawn. A one-shot of my take on the events that occurred between Sobeck finding out the Faro robots are now unstoppable and her leaving the GAIA Prime bunker.

Aloy looks at each person, noticing the look of fear and anger on their faces. "I know that look- these people are frightened. Marad, tell me, what is going on?" She demands. "I'm afraid I'm not allowed to tell you, Aloy, and I apologize," They begin to push through the crowds of people, who are continuously shouting at them for it. They approach the Palace, sighing deeply in relief. "Aloy!" Avad calls, and Aloy walks toward him. "Thank the Sun you're finally here," "What's going on?" "The remaining Red Raids soldiers have found their way back. And they're angry," he sighs, "they've been capturing our people and imprisoning them. I just don't know where they're being taken." * * * * * Aloy finds out there are still some soldiers left from the Red Raids. It is her job to, once again, save Meridian and keep everyone safe from the beginning of another raid. Based on the song "Castle" by Halsey.

Aloy meets a rather unusual Watcher after a hunt. The behavior of a Watcher has always reminded me of that of a dog (especially the big clumsy ones), so this fic was a joy to write. I hope you enjoy! ♥
