A year later, her friends celebrate the anniversary of her death by starting a discussion in "the cafe" and tag seven of Lola's friends and they are the only ones allowed to post on the discussion, because it was one of them who posted the picture. However, suddenly, a new unknown person starts talking and everyone realises that it's Lola's old account only they can't hack into it anymore and everything is deleted. She feels cornered at school and finds her only relief at home. Except for when the harassment from her peers gets so great that it follows her everywhere. She can't take it. And if that isn't enough, someone she loves tragically dies in a car crash only pushing Tanner into a deeper hole of depression. Tanner's entire life is flipped upside down and she begins to self harm herself. Her peers bullying gets so great that Tanner feels like she is drowning. She distances herself from the rest of the world and isolates herself in darkness. Can Tanner get out of the dark and find light? Or will her life end as a result of the constant ridicule and bullying. This story is written in a BEFORE format and then switches to an AFTER format.

In the nine years I've been in the fanfiction community I've encountered various kinds of bullying from people online. In the fanfiction community we have a special name for bullies and bullying - flamers and flaming. I've also dealt with misconceptions regarding critique and flaming over the years as well, and varying attitudes. I'm hoping by sharing my stories somebody may learn something. The stories I tell are true stories - names in most cases are changed. Note - I was going to include a section about flaming in my "How to Write a Good Fanfiction", but as I was working on said section Wattpad put forth the #nomorebulling challenge - which meant the "idea" I had in mind became something different in my head.

After the movie Cyberbully, some of Lindsay's friends were angry at her for her bullying actions and decided to be on Taylor's side and move on with Taylor and her friends. Lindsay did not know what was coming, she realized that Taylor stood up to her has gotten her into rage. She threatens her to beat up for making Lindsay lost friends, but her other friend tried to warn her do not beat up Taylor. After she did, Karma bites her in the butt even more. Lindsay became an outcast and is punished by her father and her stepmother who exposed her bullying behavior on social media.

This story is heavily based on the Movie "Cyberbully" which is an amazing movie, I highly recommend it. Almost everything about this story is the same as the movie except the characters and some of the dialogue. Also, the movie is probably a million times better than this story but I just loved the movie so much I decided to write it as a book in hanfic form. (Yay go hanfic) so yes, almost none of the ideas in this book are mine, I just loved the story line. Also, I realize Myspace was not a thing in 1997, when this story is taking place, but let's just all use our imagination and pretend :p
