Everything was fairly normal in Cyber City until one day when a strange alien came to visit.

Nate is a young 20 year old who enjoys video games, he has recently got a job at the well known video game store called,"Game House." One day he finds himself drawn to a mysterious game,"The Fortune Days." He's warned by his co worker, Renee, that people have been disappearing from the store because of that game. Nate pays no heed until he meets Violet, and things go from there. He get sucked in a world of violence and danger in every corner, he is put against a one month deal. If he survives, he can escape the game and go back to our world. If he fails, he must become apart of the game forever. First book of a series called, Cyberpunk. Title is from The Glitch Mob's song, Fortune Days.

Cyber city 🏙️ 😙 Cyberpunk/cybercore book about a girl called Silviana Petrovas life in a cyber city. Said city exists inside a Dystopia world infected by an infection causing zombies that look futuristic and cyber like with shiny metal wrapped around their bodies.

Some personal stuff, some not, this girl goes through life letting herself be disappointed by the world she grew up in but knows there's more to it but only while she sleeps.

In the year 2075,the world as we know it had changed,humanity had taken another step forward,"Ultra evolution",but evolving came with a price,nature was affected,the earth was no longer green but covered with neon lights in every habitable settlement,red light Districts had become the talk of the solar system,humans were no longer pure breeds,they were all genetically modified,some had animal genes and others had mechanical body parts,the increasing decline in oxygen and the ozone layer weakening had driven them to pump more carbon dioxide into the atmosphere,the world was in constant darkness and sunlight lit cities were reserved only for the rich and famous,peasants and lowlife humanoids were left to suffer in the lesser known and harsh cities. Jotun has always dreamt of seeing the beauty of the sunlight,feeling its heat and warmth,the latter was nearly impossible since he had both mechanical parts and animal genes in him,he was an illigal breed,one that was banned and those of his kind were constantly hunted down and killed or used as entertainment for the rich. Jotun grew up in the shadows,afraid of what he was,afraid of what would happen if he was discovered,but when his mother gets killed,Jotun decides to hunt down the killer and avenge his mothers death,will he succeeded,or die trying?.

All of these 6 girls by have their own lives, challenges and struggles but by night they become ruthless contract killers who wouldn't hesitate to detonate. It all changes though when one night their hacker is glitched out and cyborg of the group collapses. Contact with outside of the premise was cut as well as all possible exits. They scour the building trying to figure out what has caused it when they stumble upon a strange group doing strange forgotten rituals from over 1000 years. Due to them interrupting something strange occurs and they obtain strange abilities not only them but people throughout the city and it becomes a race against time to find all these people before the government who says they only want to examine the "phenomena" exterminate them. The government never liked anything they couldn't control. Talk about a bad day, waking up in an entirely different universe to your own? Yeah try beat that. Done with her misfortune she goes to gamble her luck and maybe even her life.
