In a near-future Washington D.C., the Grid - a semi-sentient AGI wrapped around the planet - monitors all resonance events and supernatural activity. Into this world walks Reynar Edge, a man three years removed from a death he shouldn't have survived, carrying a resonance signature the Grid has no category for. A chance encounter at Club Ruin sets everything in motion. A void-tainted capsule tears a teenager apart from the inside, drawing Reynar out of the shadows - and into the crosshairs of Agent Kira Sullivan of the DPS, the Department of Paranormal Surveillance, a deeply classified USAP. Kira has been watching Reynar. So has someone else: Aviv Hanou, an operative carrying a kill order with his name on it. Both threads circle the same source - Legion. A designer resonance drug unlike anything the Grid has flagged before, not manufactured through traditional means, and moving through D.C.'s underground with purpose. The DPS response is to go deeper. Commander Berrick sanctions the creation of Edge Unit - a USAP within a USAP - built around Reynar, Kira, and a small team of operatives willing to go where the official record can't follow. They trace Legion to Nullphram, a pharmaceutical front using the drug as a delivery system for something far darker. The trail ends at a gala in Leesburg, a voidbeast unleashed in the basement, and a fight that costs everyone something. They win the battle. But the war has barely introduced itself.

Prepare for a Martian story of Hard Science and Painful Majic so explosive you'll have to change yourself just to be ready for it. Don't worry, it'll take us four years to get there from Earth, and in the process every cell in your body, now Homo Sapien, will gradually be replaced by Homo Martianus. The systems that govern the planets however; they crumble around our would-be heroes. Human ambition rains from the skies as the foundations of the old world collapse. Write a song of destiny, find your players, and together form a ritual to transmute the reality of the planet Marsha itself into a rousing conspiracy thriller in which every chapter evolves alongside you, and every act is the sometimes uncontrolled demolition of the corrupt old world. From the breathtaking, eco-conscious city of Aqualux Harbor, where harmony with nature is paramount, their missions span planets, nebulae, and the very fabric of spacetime. Their journey begins with a disturbance in an ancient forest, revealing the insidious Silas Vane, a villain obsessed with reshaping the universe according to his twisted vision of order. As the Guardians confront Vane's escalating schemes, they face a gauntlet of formidable foes: ruthless deep-sea miners threatening Aqualux's foundations, rogue scientists weaponizing pollution and climate, temporal saboteurs from the Chrono-Syndicate, and the terrifying cosmic entity known as The Void Maw, which seeks to consume all of existence. With each battle, the Guardians - including the agile scout Benjamin Breeze, the nature-attuned Eva Groovekeeper, the hydrokinetic Marina Brook, the fiery Finn Firebrand, and the enigmatic cosmic operative Luna Blackwood - must not only overcome external threats but also their own internal divisions. From the depths of poisoned oceans and the infernos of burning cities to the treacherous currents of time and the chilling void of oblivion, the Guardians of the Universe fight for the survival of countless worlds. Their ultimate battle will determine not just the fate of their galaxy, but the very existence of the universe.

The story continues with humanity as they face more challenges in the dangerous world of Magic and Gods. Unlike the native races, humanity cannot channel mana naturally and were viewed as inferiors because of it. But through sheer ingenuity, mankind have adapted it for technological use by crafting magi-tech devices that allow them to harness mana without ever casting a spell. This limitation paradoxically grants them a unique advantage to create weapons and technologies that rival and sometimes even surpass the might of demigods. However, there is still a very long road before true mastery can be claimed as mankind is far from reaching the pinnacle of magical understanding for higher levels of magic exist that render even their most advanced creations insignificant. In this world, there are beings whose power spans from continental devastation to planetary annihilation, capable of wiping out nations with a single strike. Beyond raw power, there are even Spiritual Lifeforms who can regenerate endlessly as long as their souls remain intact. Even more terrifying are the countless "hax" abilities that defy logic and science altogether spread throughout the higher civilizations of the New World. These include powers such as Soul Manipulation, Fate Manipulation, Reality Warping, Immortality, Time Manipulation, Intangibility, Death Manipulation, and even Existence Erasure itself. In comparison to these supernatural phenomena, humanity's magi-tech, though immensely superior to Modern Earth's technology, is still only scratching the surface of the vast and often incomprehensible potential of mana. From Demon Lords to Sea Monarchs, from True Dragons to the Old Gods, and even from Alien Invaders to Lovecraftian Horrors beyond the stars, humanity is tested endlessly both physically and mentally in this strange and unforgiving world. Can mankind as a whole overcome these dangers and guide a world filled with countless horrors toward peace?

In the frozen depths of Kolos Production Space Station, the pipes freeze every four days.Zakhar Ivanov is a third-grade maintenance engineer - the lowest rank. His days are spent crawling through failing pipelines, keeping the station's ancient life-support systems alive with wrenches, curses, and stubbornness. In the constant humming of the pipes, he hears something no one else does: a rhythm. Like breathing.Lyudmila Luzhkova is a signal analyst. She spends fourteen hours a day in her listening pod, headphones on, analyzing the cosmic background noise - stellar winds, magnetic pulses, gamma echoes. Where others hear only static, she begins to hear structure.Their paths cross in a narrow maintenance interlayer barely wide enough for two people - one meter twenty wide, two meters long, at minus forty degrees. No grand gestures. No confessions. Only a warm metal shard passed hand-to-hand, a shared tube of terrible "chicken-flavored" nutrient paste, and the slow ticking of warming pipes. When Lyudmila is suddenly transferred alone to a deep-field listening outpost 4.7 light-years away - with only one-way communication permitted - Zakhar begins transmitting on an ultra-low-power "maintenance frequency," a channel so weak it is dismissed by the system as mere infrastructure noise. In the cold and the silence, two lonely souls learn to listen to each other across the void. Some frequencies can only be heard in the darkest, coldest places.A quiet, atmospheric hard sci-fi slow-burn about connection, loneliness, and finding meaning in the noise.

The human psyche fights back by conjuring entire universes drawn from pop culture. Weary of having to slaughter icons like John Wick, the Alien, or Darth Vader just to make a living, Ed-E agrees to one final mission - unprecedented, and borderline suicidal: he will connect directly to the collective unconscious of humanity. The experiment goes off the rails. As his consciousness becomes trapped inside an absolute mental labyrinth - drifting from the Fourth Dimension to Mega-City One - Ed-E finds himself at the center of a secret war. Between the madness of reality and the traps of pop culture, where does the truth lie?
