Willing to protect not just the people of Earth but including space as well.

In the year of 1964, a team called 00 cyborgs that contained 9 cyborgs who are all from around the world to fight a evil organization are seen against a robot-cyborg hybrid who opened a portal that brings them and Professor Gilmore to the Another Universe, A universe where cyborgs don't exist to be exact, upon arrival, the world changed and a masked hero is seen fighting against a Black Ghost-Type Organization, how will things go, well they get along or not?
