Genji was once a human living in japan before a terrorist group blow up his home town destroying his village and most of his body after that the government rebuilt him and he became a cyborg ninja after remembering what happened he was in rage that terrorist and criminals were in the world and traveled around hunting down any criminal he finds earning the name "The Red Cyborg Ninja" one night when he was in america he meets truth the Animeverse god and he has Genji travel around the animeverse changing it's futures and killing anyone that stands in his way.

ever since rias and her peerage became angry and neglected at issei that he cannot control his perverted antics,issei became depressed and he leaves the ORC for good,while he was at the park with a depressed look he was quickly suck in the portal,while he was sucked in his body became falted and broken,a group soldiers known as the FOXHOUND found him at the fields broken in injuries,they augmented his body into a cyborg ninja,making his memories loses,including his true self,as issei became a cyborg ninja,he became what he is and what he was now,his now... .....a cyborg welsh ninja of FOXHOUND.
