Each day on Plastic Beach, Cyborg Noodle has to do routine check-ins on 2-D. She could tell they were initially scared of her, and she wants to fight that. Over time, the two become somewhat of friends, even if their relationship is built on strain.

After The Attack on Plastic Beach, life for the Gorillaz went back to normal. Normal, but not how it was. Kong Studios is gone, and all that's left is an unfamiliar terrace on Wobble Street that Noodle, the band she knows, and her brand new clone have to share. Life is far from tolerable, but, as time passes ans days are spent together, things ultimately improve.

I like Gorillaz and most likely you do too. It kinda wouldn't make sense to not like them and read. Anywho, this is a 2D x Reader story. Takes place during Plastic Beach as you can tell from both cover, tags, and the title. Sorry if I'm not very good at descriptions.. hehe... I'm gonna try and make this to the best of my ability. This is my first type writing on here, but that doesn't mean I'm bad at writing! Good grammar, plot, details, and some other stuff. Hopefully you enjoy if you do happen to read!

Different headcannons I've found about The band Gorillaz.

Plastic Beach wasn't a good time for any members of the band Gorillaz. 2D was skinny and wan, addicted to painkillers once more, and suffering occasional beatings from the band's bassist. The aforementioned bassist, Murdoc, was slowly spiraling out of control. He swore never to hurt anyone like this, but he couldn't stop himself. And he'd tried multiple times to off himself; it never worked. Russel was angry, but mostly just hurt... and huge. And Noodle... she returned to find the only life she thought she knew disturbed, changed beyond return. And their newest member, Cyborg Noodle... she was a robot with human emotions. It's been a few years since Cyborg Noodle has been dismantled after her malfunction and attempt to murder Murdoc, and Noodle has since used the robot's head as a flower pot. But just glancing at it makes her heart ache. She wasn't sure why. But maybe she could convince the band to give her a second chance and repair the clone.

As you fall asleep listening to Stylo, you wake up not in your room to discover that you're not you!

The others are shocked at the sudden debunking of Noodle's death, and things on Plastic Beach are only going to get a lot more hectic. Murdoc begins to loosen his grip on 2D's freedom on the remote island, and rivalry strikes quickly between Noodle and her cyborg counterpart, but they must ask fast as the attack on Plastic Beach draws nearer and nearer...

Russel is in the hospital, and is continuing to get worse with his health. He feels like he's going to die, and already tells everyone what his last wish is. He wants them to go get his long lost son, Riley, who currently lives in Brooklyn, New York. After the death of his friend in the shooting, he'd forgotten all about Riley, until his heart is touched deeply by Noodle. Once they get Riley, he acts sour towards everyone, and didn't acknowledge the fact that Russel didn't mean to forget about him. Will Russel really die? Who knows! Read the book.
