Who needs it?❞ -a pair of ex-bestfriends caught between a situation where they have to fake a romantic relationship for selfish reasons; an accidental love mishap between a skeptic, who distances herself from love with the fear of falling in love, and a cynic, who built his entire image out of the concept of love, yet doesn't believe in it at all. A tale about two lost souls just searching for comfort amidst the harsh reality; that love isn't what you always think it is.

Kris, considered to be a stereotypical reserved boy, only puts up a facade of one. In reality, he is too nice for his own good. He is chased by one girl in particular a lot and the boys call him 'The Freak'. He is bad with computers and believes in love. His only love has been chemistry before it comes to him in the disguise of a cynical girl. Christiana and Kris have a rocky journey of pranks, friendship and chemistry along with a few punches thrown here and there ahead of them that leads to the discovery of an irreversible reaction. This is a short book I wrote containing some poetry and Philosophy that came to mind, it has a few genres within including: Rhymes, Free-verses, Sonnets, Acrostics, Limericks and Haiku. I hope you enjoy reading my book, it was a lot of fun to make.

She was a cynic, he wasn't.

Cayenne, a normal girl with a not so normal name, wants to have a normal college life. Drinking cheap coffee, partying, sex and studying. But not everyone can get what they want. When her roommate and best friend, Kelsey committed suicide, she knows that College would be far from what she wants. She seeks to find answer for her questions, and she always find a dead end. Until a book was sent to her, a book that will hopefully, have the answer. Sage Cho, a normal girl who grew up in a non normal way, lives a fairytales free life. Until a certain boy came along to sweep her off her feet, with all the wrong methods, and prove to her that, fairytales do exist.

It is what it is, I think I got some quality advice in this little head of mine.

this isn't a love story, okay? i mean, i fell in love with her, but it's not about that. well, it is, in a way; it's about our wild and torrid affair. but that's not the point. this is a story about her. i'm telling her story because no one else will. and i fell in love with her. so deal with it. this isn't a love story. it's a story about a girl, who i just happened to love.

"Carpe diem, Izzy." That's what I always told myself. I had to seize every opportunity that came my way, because I had no idea if that could be the door that lead to the great future I envisioned for myself. I'm so stupid not to have followed my own advice.
