Cyrus is healing after a break up, which is hard to do when you weren't dating that person. Or even knew you liked them. T.J has some skeletons in his closet that he's revisiting. He's healing from the break up to. Note: I'm not diving into this to much. At least the after and them talking it out.

When Cyrus finds a playlist on TJ's desktop full of old love songs, he realizes that TJ has never been a scary basketball guy but rather a huge sap. TJ just wished Cyrus could realize that all of those songs remind him of a certain boy who likes chocolate chocolate chip muffins without telling him directly. With insecurities and fears almost set in stone, it's hard for TJ to admit that he has a heart aching crush on Cyrus who is trying to avoid just that. Of course, it doesn't seem like both of them are trying to get over each other when they're always together.
