Audrey has a genetic disorder called Cystic Fibrosis, also known as CF. If two people in the same room have CF they must stay six feet apart, or else they could catch each others bacteria through airways. Luckily she isn't in love with another CF patient, she's in love with her best friend whose been with her since they were kids, and even now to be her visitor in the hospital.

At the young age of six, Oikawa Toru was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. Throughout his child and teen hood, all the boy knew was the hospital and his home. He never bothered to make friends since he didn't want anyone to get attached, especially since there was no certainty how long he'd live. During one of his stays in the hospital however, in the midst of searching for another alien documentary, Oikawa stumbles across a bands song. He instantly feels drawn to the music and falls head over heels for the lead singer. How will Oikawa handle it when said singer stumbles across him? Will Oikawa finally be able to love or will he push away the man just like he does everyone else?
