Hi reader, my names josh. I'm 18 and I've got cystic fibrosis. I handle it pretty well allthough I spend some nights in hospital. Oh I'm also on the waiting list to get new lungs.. but my lungs will probably give way before then. Anyway, I go to this shitty group therapy and I met this guy. I kinda fell in love with him and well, this is how it panns out.... hope you enjoy! And I'll see you in the pages ~ love josh. (The main character)

I been living with cystic Fibrosis all my life and I'm writing this book to raise Awareness and Educate others on CF .

"I'm not going on a date with you! Besides you're a player, you could never quit your filthy habit!" I challenged. He raised his eyebrow slightly and took a daunting step towards me. "Is that a bet princess?" He asked, smirking like crazy. "I guess so. If you quit being a player for a week, than I'll go on a date with you." I stated ever so simply. "Deal." "Okay, you can leave now." I retorted. "See you in one week princess." He winked and walked away. I just challenged the schools player. It wasn't until I lost him, that I truly realized how much I was in love with him. Adaline and Zacharias have been friends since before they can walk. When I was fourteen, I met the first love of my life. He was smart, passionate, stubborn, and oh so hilarious. We had the typical challenges that every first serious relationship did. However, I dare to say that our relationship was far from typical. You see, he had something called cystic fibrosis. A chronic lung disease. Amid the car make-outs and movie dates, we also had many date nights in the hospital. Our relationship was full of the highest highs and the lowest lows. If it wasn't pure teenage stupidity messing things up, it was that devilish disease. This is a story of the strength of two young people just trying to survive in this world and the undying love that persisted even when it was over.
