What if the victor Games never happened? Game 75 onwards includes District 13 being taken over and fighting, and District 14 being introduced (The Rest of the World). Uses Christian Blanco's characters for 1 to 74 with a few double victors added and changes made.

After a long fight with the World Alliance, it was revealed that only one tribute would fight from each of the nineteen Districts, and one male and one female would come out on top.

This is based off the Hunger Games, with twelve Districts around the World that send in one tribute to fight until one remains.
