However, when a man named Thierry Baudet tries to sabotage Jesse's campaign, Rob springs to the rescue. Jesse begins to notice that Rob is actually rather polite at heart. But, the pressures of Rob's job as a politician leave him blind to Jesse's affections and Jesse outs his affection elsewhere to make Rob jealous.
