Not just dabi spoilers, actual plot ones. If you don't know who dies, don't read. And don't finish this summary either. The next paragraph spills the giant beans. Placed after we learn Hawks' name and he gets revealed as a spy, and twice... dies. I hate it but I needed it for plot. Anyway, it is placed during the short period when Hawks is taken to safety before Dabi faces Endeavor and reveals his identity. And no I dont own My Hero Acedemia which should be obvious. He loved seeing his dear father angry and frustrated because of just two people stealing his fame. But for some unknown reason, every time he looks at the two masked and popular vigilantes. Shouto can't help but think he's seen them before, but he just can't place a finger on it. OR When two masked vigilantes take the show and capture people's hearts on accident. Along with doing their work in mid-day where everyone can see them instead of in the dark, hiding in the shadows to do their job. Which was, of course, on accident again. Lil bit of info, Rin's quirk is called cold front, essentially, their hands are cold, cold enough that the temperature radiating off them can make a whole room, or about a 15 ft area around them in all directions, below freezing. It of course can also be used on a much smaller scale, as is talked about in the story,

Hawks finds out about Dabi's past.
