Toka Todoroki is the twin sister of Touya Todoroki, Aka Dabi. Unlike the rest of her family, Toka actually knows about Touya's survival, (This is set during the training camp so Dabi is not known to be a villain yet).

But when the villains attack, her classmates become worried - In this AU they have markings of were their soulmate will touch them, during an important moment. for example if its to grab their hand after making a promise, then there will be a hand print on their palm. However, the mark is black, and you only get your mark when you turn 14. When the moment happens, the mark begins to glow and from then on is their hair color. However the soulmate thing won't pop up in the story for a while because people tend to ignore it. It is a thing you only talk about with people close to you.
