But then she appears right when he's with Joe's group of men. Alive, not dead-- just one more thing he might lose all over again. • (𝙾𝚑, 𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝚑𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚝 𝚜𝚝𝚞𝚗𝚐. 𝙸 𝚖𝚊𝚍𝚎 𝚢𝚘𝚞. In a world overrun by the dead, survival is a lesson learned too early. Eight-year-old Eli Marks has already lost everything-her home, her family, and any sense of safety. Alone and small in a landscape of danger, she must rely on cunning, stealth, and the faint hope that someone, anyone, might be trustworthy. Every abandoned building hides more than shadows; every step outside could be her last. With only a worn stuffed rabbit and her sharp instincts to guide her, Eli discovers that in a world where the living are as dangerous as the dead, the smallest hiding places can mean the difference between life and death.

Her father, Daryl, was a fighter, claiming to be unafraid. Unafraid of death, of disease, of fighting, but deep down, he wasn't as fearless as he claimed to be. There was a constant fear which plagued his mind - losing. He lost his father, and after the loss of his brother, he knew that he could never lose his little girl. ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ⚠️ STAY ALIVE will contain mature and potentially triggering topics such as abuse, drug use/abuse, mental health issues such as depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and others, eating disorders. Juno Horvath was never meant to survive this world-but she did. Raised by her grandfather Dale after being abandoned by a mother who never wanted her, Juno learned early that silence was safer than speaking, and that a sharp knife could protect her better than anyone else ever had. When the world ends, she doesn't break-she adapts. Tough, quiet, and fiercely observant, Juno carves her place in a world where the dead walk and the living are often worse. With Daryl Dixon slowly becoming the closest thing she's ever had to a father, and Carl Grimes breaking through her guarded shell, Juno begins to believe survival might mean more than just staying alive. But it's not until the Kingdom that she meets Rowan Calder-a soft-hearted, emotional girl who wears her pain on her sleeve and teaches Juno that feeling isn't weakness... it's strength. Together, they learn that even in the apocalypse, there are things still worth holding onto: loyalty, love, and the pieces of yourself you almost forgot how to feel. A coming-of-age story set in the ruins of the old world-where silence is a weapon, softness is a rebellion, and survival is just the beginning.

She didn't dare blink. All of New York City felt like it was swaying dangerously, every building on the verge of collapse. "Resources," she said, repeating the word flatly. What are they getting out of the deal?" Negan held up something. It looked like a slim, black rod with a silver cap on the end. His thumb slid down and must have pressed on something because blue light flashed quick. Electricity slithered up in a fast arch before cutting off. "Bodies. Dead and alive." "Which one is she?" "I don't know."

The dead crawl from their graves. Well, not really. A sickness, rather. That is what seemed to have caused the post apocalyptic world Gywneth was attempting to survive in. Not live. No, no one was living now. Living insinuated some type of thriving. Enjoying life, having fun, having family. Everyone now? They hardly had that. Gwyneth sure didn't. She wasn't thriving. She didn't enjoy life. She wasn't having fun. The only person she could call her family was her father, Jim. That was it. Everyone else had been ravaged, or bit, or somehow gotten the fever, and that made quick work if them. TRIGGER WARNINGS: If you were triggered by anything in the show, you probably will be triggered here. Before any chapters with such jarring content, I WILL ALWAYS PUT A WARNING!! Thank you!

𖢥 Half-raised by her older brother, half-raised by an elderly house, Roxanne never learned to be herself. Parts of herself were mirrored of teenage boys, others of older Gen-X's. So she talks back, yet in a polite manner, climbs trees and knows lots about healing, fauna and flora. That's what helped her survive this long through a brain-eating apocalypse. Then, unprompted, comes along some redneck silently offering shelter. Roxanne accepts. Well, follows him like a starved mutt, but that's beside the point.
