She had a whole life with just her her Dad and a ranch called Little Texas. By now her dad is dead and she has to move to New York city to live with her Mom.

At the age of four, her dad is brutally murdered in front of her causing her to forget the events that happened on that day. Every day, Francesca "Frankie" Peters must try to remember the events of that day and who killed him in order to solve the cold case that even her town's police can not solve. During this she meets Brody, a charming boy whom decides to help her, despite Frankie's constant pleas. With Brody and a high maintenance stepsister, Frankie must try to piece each part of the puzzle to let her past demons go before they push her to the edge.
