This is just another Dekuverse story. I read a lot of them and I wanted to do one of my own. izuku was oboro shirakumo's little brother and had the same quirk as oboro but izuku's cloud quirk was an advanced version of oboro's quirk, everyone thought izuku was Quirkless because izuku didn't tell them what his quirk was because izuku doesn't talk much. (this au is one of my favorite)
