It's the end of summer and the campers are going home..

When you're young you don't think about things like death, in fact it's the last thing on your mind because you think it can't touch you or anyone that you care about. But it can. David's life is relatively normal until the unthinkable happens and his best friend, Jasper, goes missing one day after school. Only thing is he isn't missing, Jasper was murdered in cold blood, resulting in the boy's vengeful spirit being trapped in a sort of limbo until he can pass on. Jasper would like nothing more than to make his killer suffer and pay for what he did to him, but when he sees the state that David's in without him a choice has to be made: vengeance or saving someone he loves. This is a story of trauma, abandonment, abuse, grief, loss, addiction, recovery, and overall redemption. While it WILL have a happy ending, there will be some triggering elements and material used within this story so take this as you warning. Chapters with this material will also have a warning at the top if you still want to read this but not that type of content. This is a Camp Camp × Lovely Bones story, the latter of which I highly recommend you all to read or watch as there is a movie adaption. Hello! This is my first story and it's pretty sad actually. So it uses my OC (Jamie who was left at camp since her mother was killed) max, David, and Gwen. David got into a car accident and it just shows the first couple of nights

Max: A regular and familiar face in Camp Campbell. He's been going to this camp for a couple of years now, and he likes to think of himself as the cynical, and sly "leader" among the campers. Although he does have his prideful and joyous moments, he's also the type that has trouble opening up to anyone about his problems. This has recently become more apparent and has taken a toll on him emotionally, even to the point where he shuts himself off from his closest friends Nikki and Neil in some instances. David: The happy-go-lucky camp counselor of Camp Campbell. He always tries (and fails) to make the campers' experience less grueling, but that doesn't stop him and his determination. Out of all his campers, Max is the one who he most wants to see having fun, and this goal of his has become more of a challenge ever since Max started "drifting away" from others. Even if trying to get through to Max might be tough, he is determined to help him with whatever burdens or bottled-up emotions he might be hiding behind the cold brick wall he's put up around him. _____ Teen AU (Characters are aged up) Max- 16 Neil- 16 Nikki- 15 (16 later on in the story) _____ . . Max goes to the camp but he's a little older about 14 rather than 10 and after David starts seeing the hell his parents put him through he decides to be Max's new dad. It's gonna have all the same characters and junk they're just a bit older.

All the campers are fifteen now and it's time to go back to camp Campbell for the summer! But things don't start off with such a swing. Secrets are kept from friends and crushes appear. Gwen is having trouble with her family and David tries to help. Although everyone has hardships they all have to stick together in the end. Will things work out? This isn't the best Fanfiction but I hope you guys enjoy! Also there are multiple ships in this story. Space kid died in an accident near the end of summer and when everyone went to go home david gave space kids Helmet to max to keep it taken care off and to call him if he wanted to give it back but max had an abusive house hold so it would be hard doing so but it gave max a chance to leave that household. Max has been in foster care for about a year. Once he got back from Camp Campbell, his parents threw him in. David goes to the foster care building one day and sees Max, and you probably know what happens from here.

ok look I haven't made a fanfic in like,, 4 years so bear with me It's finally summer again and max is given the opportunity to become one of camp camp counselors under David. obviously he's grown and it's a quick and easy way to make money for the summer. Max's life before, during, and after camp.

Max lives with his alcoholic dad and decides to runaway. He ends up at David's house where confesses everything his parents and home. When Max finds out a lost family member lives with David and Gwen. What will David and Gwen do? Bet you could guess! But let's find out!

Warning, there will be Character death Mention of ab_se . . . Max ends up dying in an accident at Camp Campbell, before max had died he had dared Neil to make a time machine and since max told him he would give him money to do it he accepted. Neil had finished the time machine on the day max died, even though a child died at the camp no one was sent home and the camp was not shut down. It was close to the end of camp when max died so it was after parents day, David had found out about how horrible his parents were since even though they were informed on their sons death they didn't show up to the funeral. David decided to use the time machine and go back to before max even went to the camp..
