Izuku's mom was in a tragic accident and his father wanted nothing to do with a destined quirk-less son. So a group of pro hero's take Izuku in and raise him. Turns out Izuku is a late bloomer and did have a quirk. Plot changes: Allmight gives his quirk to Mario instead. Obviously Inko passed away. Izukus dad is a villain. Izuku has a quirk. He's Just a late bloomer. Shinsou is later adopted by Aizawa. Along with Eri of course. Endeavor and All might get karma. None of this is supposed to be canon. Characters are more Fanon then canon.

Shinsou and you were both given the offer to train with class 1A's homeroom teacher to try and get better so you can eventually get transfered to the hero course.
