It is the Dawn of the Final Frontier. With the success of humankind getting a foothold to be among the stars, it also brought new risks, new resources, new civilizations/new encounters, new dangers...and new enemies. Space is vast, but like many species, there are territories that have already been claimed. ....and that is where humankind finds itself, on the edge of the precipice of this new odyssey. Stardate 3328.1 USS PIERRE-LOUIS, Daedalus class, NCC-1016. She had been through quite a few voyages and she held true. Always making it back to Starbase with crew and ship intact and in good service.

The Vale triplets move to the country side after a family member died. The move into their old family cabin in a town hidden in the fog of the Washington mountains. Cassian finds and old book whispering and calling to him from under the floor boards. After debating if he is losing his mind he retrieves the book and the story unfolds in chaos, mystery and suspense.

Icarus flies.

When Hyacinthus died, Apollo grieved the loss of the love of his life. He asked Hades to return his love to him but was denied. Less than a century after the disc struck, Hyacinthus of Sparta was reborn as Icarus of Crete. Once more, he loved and was loved by Apollo. Alas, the Fates love tragedy, wings that burn, and boys who fall. The third time it took more than three thousand long years for Apollo's love to be reborn. Once again doomed before drawing breath. A letter from a father promising to love and cherish his young boy. Even in death. A tale retold throughout the times. This is a work of fiction. Wrote based on the myth of Icarus from his father Daedalus before he was captured. It is only a letter. Children, take heed of your parents warnings and know it is better to die for an attempt of freedom than to die rotting in a cage.

Luke has a new plan to use the legendary Labyrinth of the great inventor Daedalus to invade camp with Kronos and his army. Her only hope is to delve into the maze with her friends and convince Daedalus to help them instead of Luke. With everything happening she can't determine which is more difficult: trying to save the camp, or trying to understand the complex mind of boys
