Daichi and Sugawara, a somewhat normal couple. Keeping their love secret from their rivaled parents, they were forced to be separated as their love was disapproved of by their parents. Things couldn't get worse for the pair, but- Daichi then found out that Sugawara had been diagnosed with a life threatening disease, Daichi doesn't have much time before he would lose the one he loves.
