It's becoming more and more common for people to struggle with depression, anxiety, and self-worthlessness in today's world, myself included. As a way to hold myself accountable to try to get better of dealing with my own issues, every day I'll put down something good I think I did that day. I encourage you to join and comment along your own good moments of the day, and I'll be leaving very random questions to possibly get your mind off these bad thoughts. I'm someone that has struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts and focusing on the positive has helped me be a happier person and I thankfully no longer struggle with those things.
