Dalish Stories

I want to preface this with a warning this was written/is being written with the assumption that the reader has played dragon age origins if you haven't then you really should great game. (Not fully beta read, we die like tamlen) ________________________________________ we follow the story of dalish huntress Athelya Mahariel, human noble Aurthur Cousland, and Alistair Theirin in their journey to save thedas and fight the blight. (All of them having "A" be there first initial was not intended) I DO NOT OWN DRAGON AGE ALL RIGHTS BELONG TO BIOWARE. I only own my oc's Aurthur cousland and Athelya mahariel This is my first time writing, so please, I really need your guy's criticism and tips, so definitely leave a comment.

Everything was bathed in blood-red hue. She saw remnants of what could only be described as Arlathan. Beautiful cities are now laying in ruin. She slowly walked through the torn streets cautiously, constantly looking around thinking something was going to pop up and ambush her. But her thoughts were interrupted by the sound of a monstrous roar. Several actually and the sound of a wolf. Amanatha sprinted towards the sounds, leaping over and sliding under the debris until she found herself blocked by what appeared to be mutated plants. The roars sounded again, and she spotted the source ahead. She saw what looked to be several corrupt dragons, even more massive than the dragons in the waking world. Something stirred within her. Something familiar and terrifying. A dark howl ripped through the sky. It was defiant but singular and radiated a power she had not felt before, yet it was familiar. Her eyes widened in surprise as she rounded a corner. A wolf as black as night with six eyes as red as a burning fire stood before the several dragons.

Ferelden has never made room for elves. It has only built different walls around them. Serya Tabris was raised beneath the shadow of Denerim's alienage walls, taught that survival meant knowing when to lower her eyes and when to draw a blade. Cael Surana grew up within the Circle Tower, separated from his people and praised for magical talent that would never truly belong to him. After surviving his Harrowing, one desperate choice threatens to change his life forever. Atheran Mahariel has always been different, even among the Dalish. Broader, stronger, and more physically imposing than the hunters beside him, he has spent his life protecting Clan Sabrae. When an ancient ruin infects him with the darkspawn taint, the Grey Wardens become his only hope of survival. Three elves. Three lives shaped by different forms of captivity. When the Fifth Blight begins, their paths converge beneath the banner of the Grey Wardens. Together, they must unite a kingdom that distrusts their blood, reclaim pieces of elven history lost beneath centuries of ruin, and decide how much of themselves they are willing to sacrifice for a nation that has rarely considered them its people. Along the way, Serya finds freedom, danger, and unexpected tenderness with an Antivan assassin. Atheran discovers that faith and love can survive even the darkest transformation. Cael is drawn toward a witch who recognizes both his hunger for forbidden knowledge and the man beneath it. Ancient magic will awaken. Dragon blood will burn. Old wounds will become weapons. And Ferelden will learn that roots survive, even when stone is laid over them.

The death of the Chantry's leader, Divine Justinia, has thrown all of Thedas into turmoil. The explosion at the Conclave tore a hole in the sky, blurring the lines between the world of men and the world of demons. Mages and Templars wage a bloody war, with innocents caught in the middle. And out of it all rises the Inquisition, a group of men and women, dedicated to restoring order and peace to the tumultuous land. Led by a man known only as the Inquisitor, the Inquisition delves into the chaos, yet despite Divine Justinia's pure intention when she founded the Inquisition, the order has corruption at it's core. It is in this time that the one known as the Herald of Andraste, a Dalish woman, emerges to seal the rift torn open in the sky, and the Inquisition is quick to snatch her and make her a figure of their cause.  In the face of danger, shall the Inquisition prove a blessing....or a curse?

Moments follows the build up of a relationship between a dalish Inquisitor and Cullen as the two go from awkward blush to desire's heat. Covers the time from the start of Inquisition into Trespasser and years after.

The one where you romance Cullen. Takes place during Inquisition, Inquisitor is my Female Dalish Elf character, stays largely true to canon, with some original conversations, scenes, and some embellishments. 18+ as there will be graphic descriptions of violence, sexual content, and also language.
