Most people would say it was blonde, but it was really a deep gold with hints of red throughout it, almost the color of fire, a rich fire............................. "Now, if you want to get out of this, mess," he said, motioning to her hair. "just say the word, I'll be happy to cut you down." he finished with a smirk............................... Nothing was more precious to her than her hair..................... Six years later, just before school starts after winter break, the family decided they needed a change in scenery, packing their bags and shipping themselves to Texas. Adelaide continues her junior year with her sister, thinking everything will be normal once she gets used to it. But then she meets Dallen Cady. And her life is flipped upside down as the bad boy slowly finds his way under her skin. I let out a laugh at Alyx's perverted joke. "Ryke Ryke, t or d?!" Dallen practically screamed. "GIVE ME THE D!" I shout. "That's what she said," Rion laughed. "HUSH CHILDZ!!" I double over with laughter as Avery swaggers over to me and sprawls onto my back. I let out a sigh that you would let out after laughter and think about how lucky I am to have these people in my life. ||~•~||
