Hello everyone! This is my Johnny Cade x y/n fanfiction. Just a little heads up, this story doesn't take place during the time that The Outsiders does. It's kind of like an AU where Johnny and Dally didn't die, but all the other events happened. We'll say this is like, 6 months after. Also, I know that S. E. Hinton wrote a few books that take place after and have Outsiders characters in them, but I haven't read those in a hot minute so this won't be consistent with those books. Sorry! I hope you enjoy!

The girls find themselves in the midst of 1966 Tulsa, Oklahoma and with no way to get back home go in search of help only to be greeted by Socs but when the Greasers come to their rescue they find out that they and their lives aren't so different after all each girl getting closer with the boys as time progresses.

Elianna Carter is a sixteen year old foster kid. Her mother died from cancer when she was 14 years old, and her father abandoned her after her mothers death. She lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma, moving from house to house. Her life changed when she moved in with a loving couple, Mr. and Mrs. Miller. On her first night there she gets into some trouble with a gang of boys. When she tries to escape she hits her head and passes out. She wakes up in a house she's never seen before, and meets another gang of boys. She befriends them and becomes part of the gang . . . but she falls for one of the boys.

Will I, Jane Winston am going to go see Dallas after a few long years of not seeing him, will he miss me or will he not want to see me? Will I become just like the gang or be left out and not fit in?
