THIS IS MY FIRST FANFIC!! This story is based on TFA but I give it my own spin on things. There isn't enough Poe and Rey stories so I decided to put matters into my own hands and write a story. I do give my own spin on things but they are not mine. It follows the same plot. Just making you aware.*

This story takes place about a month after Star Wars the Last Jedi ending. It is about Reylo but there will be also ALOT of Damerey so dont be shook. This is my first ever Wattpad story so im sorry if my grammar is horrible. There will be no smut because I suck at writing it, so if that what your here for you aint going to like this story. Set right after the battle on Crait. Rey and Ben Solo / Kylo Ren, the conflicted souls, are eager for the other to join their own side, a tale of light vs. dark. Will their story land in the grey? Slow burn Reylo, lovely smut in later chapters.

Finn frowned at Poe's distant expression. "Where's Rey?" Instead of answering, Poe took a long look at the little droid sitting in the corner of the room. Finally having caught his owner's attention, BB-8 let out a series of mournful beeps, making him sigh in defeat. "Your friend?" Poe asked. "She's been missing for more than 4 days now on her search for Luke Skywalker. We can't use the map to track her as she took the R2 droid with her on the Millennium Falcon, nor can we contact her via holo - she just refuses to pick up. Right now the Resistance is in shreds after destroying Starkiller Base, and we're running out of options very quickly." Finn took a deep breath in, trying not to panic. The last time he'd seen Rey she had been knocked unconscious by... "What happens if Kylo Ren finds her before us?" he asked suddenly, voicing his fears. "Then we're all doomed."

Damerey AU"Modern" After 8 years, Poe comes back to his hometown of Yavin. His best friend Ben is getting married, he's the best man. Poe and Rey see each other for the first time in 8 years. She had the biggest crush on him, since they were kids. They spend more time together and feelings grow between them.

[ W ]hat is better than waking up in your friend's arms? Well, there is ONE answer : When you defeated the first order of course, but, did they? Did they truly kill the ones in charge, or are they still alive? Let Finn, Rey and Poe have some fun first, angst will come. ↓ { what's gonna happen? } ↓ Finn wakes up from his coma, Rey and Poe met, Starkiller base has been blown up. Finn discovers something, Poe is shocked, Rey is clueless but will find out. Kylo came back with a scar to take revenge on Rey, so do Hux and Phasma, Leia is heartbroken over Han.

After the war, Poe and Rey fall in love. This might just be a series of Dameron family oneshots, idk. Ah well. Might not be canon compliant considering we still have one movie that hasn't come out yet ? Also this is fanfiction and these characters are not mine !

Rey needs some help to go back to Jakku intending to resolve an old problem, while Poe Dameron decides to reveal a family secret to her. Together they realize that there is still hope not only for the galaxy, but even for them both. (Based on: ending of The Force Awakens novel by Alan Dean Foster; comic series Shattered Empire; some theory about Rey's mother.)
