Thea Forbes and Garrett Forbes make a surprise visit to Mystic Falls to see their cousin Caroline Forbes. Thea and Garrett recently had their lives flipped upside down when they were turned into vampires. The siblings are shocked to find out that there are residents in Mystic Falls who are also vampires. The wedge that was immediately formed between the two pairs of siblings fade when Damon and Thea begin to have feelings for each other.
