Dan Heng, the current team captain of the Astral City Basketball team and destined to get his PhD literally runs into Caelus, who had just started University and has been quite popular among many people and one of the best baseball players of all time. Both men lead different lives, and yet, they get tangled up together with quiet conversations, hanging out together, and even some adorable sleepovers. But yet both wonder if one likes the other. Through all the pain and secrets, can the two finally get through their past and work this out together?

Danheng and Caelus, both engaged in a romantic relationship, found themselves embroiled in a disagreement while collaborating on a game project. Caelus, a skilled game programmer, became deeply immersed in the project, inadvertently neglecting his connection with Danheng. Tensions escalated, resulting in a heated argument that led Danheng to impulsively delete all progress they had made on the game. Following the dispute, Caelus, angered and hurt, left their shared residence and sought refuge in his corporation building. However, a sudden calamity struck as an earthquake unfolded, leaving Danheng in a state of uncertainty and anxiety, especially concerning Caelus, whose office was located on the 78th floor. Regrettably, news of Caelus's demise reached Danheng, plunging him into a whirlwind of sorrow. After a night filled with sobbing and mourning, Danheng awoke the next day in an unfamiliar setting. Before him loomed a substantial timer, counting down to an unknown event. It was only upon reflection that he realized he had entered the very game he and Caelus had been developing. Unaware of Caelus's presence within the game, the timer took on a symbolic significance, representing the limited time Danheng had to repair the fractured bonds of their relationship. As the timer inched closer to its conclusion, Danheng remained oblivious to the impending consequence: a reenactment of the real-life events, wherein the deletion of the game would not only erase their creation but also lead to the deletion of both Danheng and Caelus.

Unbeknownst to Caelus, Sampo's banter wasn't just for fun-it was a way to keep his feelings hidden and his desires secret. He wanted to make money to ensure he could provide for Caelus one day. He blinked, trying to clear his vision, and realised he was no longer in the Conclave Hall. Instead, he was standing in the middle of a bustling street, surrounded by people dressed in traditional Xianzhou attire. "Where... are we?" March's voice came from beside him, her tone filled with confusion. Caelus was already on his feet, his eyes scanning their surroundings, "This... Looks like the Luofu. But it's... Different." Dan Heng's heart sank as he took in the sight. The architecture, the people, even the air itself - it all felt ancient, as if they had been transported to a time long before the Luofu he knew. His gaze fell on a nearby banner, its characters written in an archaic script. His blood ran cold as realisation dropped onto him. "We're in the past," he said, his voice barely above a whisper, "This is the Luofu... A thousand years ago." Before they could process the implications of Dan Heng's words, a familiar voice called out to them, "You there! What are you doing standing in the middle of the street?" They turned to see a man with long white hair and a confident stride approaching them. His grey eyes were sharp, his demeanour commanding, and his presence unmistakable. "Blade?" Dan Heng breathed, his voice tinged with disbelief. But this wasn't the Blade they knew. This was a younger (old?) version of him, his face unmarred by the scars of time and his eyes free of the hatred that had haunted Dan Heng's dreams. He looked... Alive. - in which the astral express crew found a mysterious time-travelling device in the xianzhou luofu and accidentally transported themselves, jing yuan, jingliu, and the stellaron hunters back a thousand years ago and met the high-cloud quintet. Lately, Caelus has taken on a habit of disappearing in his sleep. No, not actually disappearing, but "disappearing". It started a bit after the whole Göethe Hotel arrest fiasco. After several of these experiences, the Astral crew decided that whenever they had to sleep in a foreign place, at least one of them would room with Caelus and make sure he doesn't escape into the night again. Only if they were in a foreign area, though. So why exactly is Dan Heng in his room right now?
