The lights, music, and the faces as the crowd stared at her, expecting only the best. She adored all of it; the costumes, the people, the traveling... but little did she know this was her last show on the stage...
"Ladies and Gentleman! Come one, come all! Feast your hungry eyes on a once in a lifetime opportunity! To see one of the most award winning ballet beauties right here, right now! Dancing to "Black Swan" is, Chello De Luca!"
Her feet, light and airy, jumped across the stage like airborne dandelion seeds, her eyes glimmering with passion locked within her delicate moves as her heart pounded to the soft pittering-
"...Ms. Chello?"
The woman's eyes averted from her story to the boy in front of her. She softly sighed whilst setting her glasses aside, long pencil legs crossed over another with her usual crop top flowing around her small frame.
"Oui, Isak?" She asked him with a pointed look, her voice a muddled hybrid of traces and notes of different accents from countries more mixed than thought possible. She looked perturbed from being interrupted from her nostalgic daydream.
"It's... the bank."
"Oh? What could they want? I payed the rent on the studio and on everything else for this month..." She muttered agitatedly as she took and opened the letter, her sharp nails easily cutting the weak wax of the red seal. Ms. Chello pulled out the crisp, white papers, reading them and seemly getting more upset as her eyes scanned the words. Suddenly dropping the letters, her eyes glimmered with fear and dismay.
Isak caught the letter and read what it said in large cursive letters.
"Dear Ms. Chello De Luca,
The Cherryrose Studio of Arts on Bradford Blvd. in Brooklyn, NY will be repossessed due to lack of interest the public shows toward the 'art' you have produced. This action will be done if not proven wrong by May 27, 2019. We thank you for your corporation.
